The postnatal recovery class is classified as a preventive health course, and we bill the health insurance provider directly. Please note our terms of participation: only sessions actually attended can be billed. Due to new regulations regarding fee schedules agreed upon with health insurance providers, our policy on missed classes has changed as follows:

- As a courtesy, you may attend ONE make-up session by the deadline we set (this date will be communicated to you at the start of the course).

- Any additional absences due to illness (supported by a medical certificate) must also be made up by the deadline.

- We will have to bill you privately for any further missed sessions.

The deadline for make-up sessions also ensures that the medical course content aligns with the body's ongoing postnatal recovery processes.

Please bring the following to each class:

* a towel to place over your exercise mat
* a blanket for your baby (or babies) to lie on
* a drink and a small snack for after the class
